TIANJIN DAXIONG PRESTRESSED CO., LTD was established on Dec 1st 1998 at Jinghai Development Area of Tianjin in possession of 4290 mm2, which is a compositive company combined with technical invention, product manufacture, sale and service. Our main products include general specifications such as common and low relaxation smooth steel wire and 2 sides, 3 sides indented pc wire, we can also supply isomerism products such as 4 sides indented, electric-galvanized zinc , indented, spiral and epoxy Pc wire, and also various kinds of pc strand , PE strand. Our annually output is up to 30 thousand tons. Thereinto electric-galvanized zinc , spiral and epoxy pc strand are our company¡ ¯ s patents.
Our great technical achievements and successes in recent years:
( 1) The spiral pc strand trial-produced and produced successfully by our company was approved as national patent in May, 2005. In the same year, we also trial-produced various specifications of spiral pc strand successfully, which intensified bonding stress of traditional pc strand. At present our success fills a vacancy in internal use of rock anchor and concrete component.
( 2) The series of pc strand used in prestressed concrete and mine anchor cable supplied to Jinan Auch Mine Project Co., Ltd in 2006 has been performed an experiment in borehole. Their all physical performances and technical indexes are accepted by our consumers and they are willing to sign a contract with us. This item is our company¡ ¯ s new breakthrough, which makes us gain the consumers while occupying some markets.
( 3) The 4 sides indented 1¡ Á 3-§ ¶ 9.0mm pc strand trial-produced for Japan Tess Co., Ltd has passed their technical standard¡ ¯ s authentications.
( 4) In August, 2006 our company trial-produced and has started to produce electric-galvanized zinc pc wire and strand, which were used for mine anchor cable.
( 5) In August, 2006, our company started to investigate and trial-produce anticorrosive epoxy pc strand and now we have breakthroughed this technical problem
